Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
65g Butter
500g Mushrooms
onion
50-70 ml red wine
thyme
bayleaf
500ml broth
starch
Directions
saute a part of the mushrooms until soft
set those aside
saute the rest and the onion
add the wine and any seasonings
add the starch to the broth and add it to the sauce
add the reserved mushrooms and serve
