Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 65g Butter

  • 500g Mushrooms

  • onion

  • 50-70 ml red wine

  • thyme

  • bayleaf

  • 500ml broth

  • starch

Directions

  • saute a part of the mushrooms until soft

  • set those aside

  • saute the rest and the onion

  • add the wine and any seasonings

  • add the starch to the broth and add it to the sauce

  • add the reserved mushrooms and serve
