Ingredients

  • 250g Margarine

  • 250g Flour

  • 175g Sugar

  • 4 egg

  • 1/8l Redwine

  • 1 Vanilasugar

  • 1 Backingpowder

  • 1tsp Cinamon

  • 100g Dark Chocolate

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa

  • some nelke

  • some muskat

  • some anis

Directions

  • Mix margarine and the eggs

  • add the sugars and combine well

  • add the redwine

  • mix in the backingpowder and flour

  • add chocolate, cocoa and the spices

  • bake for 60 min on 200deg
