Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 4 lg eggs

  • 125g + 2 tbsp flour

  • 250 ml milk

  • pinch salt

  • 50g butter

Directions

  • Add dry ingredients

  • mix in the milk and eggs until smooth and lump free

  • let it rest for 2 hours

  • preheat the oven

  • add a tsp or two in each tin and let the tin preheat for 5 to 7 min

  • fill each cup to 1/2 to 3/4

  • bake to 11 to 13 minutes

  • serve immediately
