Yorkshire Pudding
Ingredients
4 lg eggs
125g + 2 tbsp flour
250 ml milk
pinch salt
50g butter
Directions
Add dry ingredients
mix in the milk and eggs until smooth and lump free
let it rest for 2 hours
preheat the oven
add a tsp or two in each tin and let the tin preheat for 5 to 7 min
fill each cup to 1/2 to 3/4
bake to 11 to 13 minutes
serve immediately
